METHODS OF PAYMENT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express & E-transfer. All orders will be charged to the credit card used at time of registration after auction concludes unless you request to pay via Etransfer.

 

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

 YES. We offer shipping to Canada and the USA at the buyers expense. All items are shipped by Canada Post or UPS

 

HOW DOES BIDDING WORK?

Auction Outlet Online uses a PROXY BIDDING SYSTEM. To place a bid on an item, you must be logged into your account. The item you want to place your bid on, click “BID” and submit your bid amount. You will get a second confirmation that you are submitting your bid. Once a bid is placed it cannot be removed. All item will have a SOFT CLOSE. Your bids will appear on Current Bids list, which you can see the items you are currently bidding on and items you have won for that auction. All item are subject to a 16% buyers premium.

 

CAN I REMOVE MY BID?

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be removed. Before submitting a bid, you will need to confirm and agree on the current bid you are placing.  Please make sure to read and be fully aware of our terms and conditions.

 

WHAT IS A BUYERS PREMIUM

A buyers premium is an amount added to the winning bid. Auction Outlet Online uses an auction standard of 16%. Here's an example: If your bid is $25 + 16% buyers premium, the total is $29 + HST = $32.77

 

 

ITEM CONDITIONS:

  1. New in package / box: Fully functional and complete as intended by manufacturer.

  1. Like New: Packaging may be opened, damaged  or be missing entirely. Product inside is fully functional and complete

  1. Used Good Condition: Tested and is fully functional. Read Description for any additional information

​

  1. Powers ON - As Is. Item powers on but no other test has been completed. Item will be FINAL SALE.  Read the description for any additional information

  1. Condition Issue: Items will be SOLD AS IS and will be  final sale. Read the description for any additional information

​

  1. Refurbished: Items in this condition have been restored to the original manufacturer operating condition. Item is fully functional and complete

​

  1. Salvage condition: Items in this condition will need repairs, may be missing parts or may be used for parts only. Items in this condition will be SOLD AS IS and are Final Sale
